Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's technological roadmap and strategy, aligning it with the business's strategic goals.
- Lead and inspire engineering and development teams to foster innovation and streamline product development processes.
- Ensure technological leadership in the creation of cutting-edge products by analyzing and integrating advanced technologies.
- Oversee project management, including budgeting and resource allocation, to ensure the efficient execution of technology projects.
- Maintain high standards of product quality and software development practices, emphasizing best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the technology strategy complements and supports the overall business strategy.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Russian is a Must
- An advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a technical role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure and the ability to make informed decisions on technology investments.
- Proficiency in Agile and Lean methodologies, with a strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Expertise in system architecture, including microservices and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and risk management.
- Proficiency in data architecture and knowledge of machine learning algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate a technology vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
